Disney CEO Bob Iger has had a difficult time since resuming his role as the Mouse House’s leader, but he earned a much-needed victory on Monday when he announced his company’s collaboration with Apple on its new Vision Pro mixed-reality headset.

“We’re always looking for new ways to entertain, inform, and inspire our fans by combining extraordinary creativity with groundbreaking technology to create truly remarkable experiences,” Iger said at the Worldwide Developers Conference on Monday. “We believe Apple Vision Pro is a revolutionary platform that can make our vision a reality.”

Iger stated that he had tested the device and was impressed by the “deeply personal experiences” it may provide to bring Disney fans “closer to the characters they love.”
