AES Brasil CEO quits to lead Vibra’s ESG-focused department.

AES Brasil’s top executive is leaving the power company to take on a newly created senior job for renewable energy and other environmental and social issues at gasoline retailer Vibra Energia SA, the companies announced on Tuesday.
Clarissa Sadock has been the CEO of AES Corp’s Brazilian division since 2021. She will begin a two-year term on August 1 in Vibra’s new department devoted to renewable energy and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns.
According to the company, Vibra is working to hasten the integration of several recently formed joint ventures into its operations through the department.
