Perimeter Medical Imaging AI, Inc., a commercial-stage medical technology firm, stated that Jeremy Sobotta has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the firm for personal reasons, effective June 15, 2023.
Perimeter has also announced the appointment of Adrian Mendes as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. In the following weeks, Mr. Sobotta will collaborate closely with Mr. Mendes to facilitate a smooth handover of responsibility. Mr. Mendes is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience creating and scaling technology firms in a variety of industries. He was most recently the Chief Operating Officer at Groq Inc., an AI hardware firm that he joined shortly after its inception in 2016 and helped scale to become one of the leading startups in that field.
