Malize stressed the extreme importance of organizational change and innovation in her speech, which was titled “Leading Organisational Change and Building a Culture of Innovation.”

While embracing innovation ensures relevance and the capacity to foresee market trends and embrace new chances, resisting change leads to stagnation and obsolescence, the expert claimed.

Former NCS president Adesina Adediran gave a lot of attention to the necessity for businesses to use cutting-edge tactics to spur expansion. He made a point of emphasizing how important technology adoption is as a driver of creative digital change.
He emphasized the significance of utilizing digital platforms to expand the reach and effectiveness of professional groups by embracing technology.
