The appointment of Jayanta Chatterjee as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ICRA Analytics Limited (IAL), a fully-owned subsidiary of ICRA, has been made public. Ms. Sushmita Ghatak, who is departing the company to seek other possibilities, has been replaced as of September 14 by Chatterjee.

Chatterjee’s responsibilities as MD and CEO will include developing business strategies that are in line with the goals of the group, diversifying products and sources of income, and transforming the company.
