Paytm CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma reacted to a graph showing India and China account for nearly 50% of global mobile traffic and tweeted, “It’s end of American Internet as we knew it.” India’s share in mobile traffic rose from 2% to 21% in last 10 years. “One of the big reason India’s strong data governance law is timely,” Sharma added.
