HKA names Amanda Clack as CEO of EMEA Region

[ad_1]

Amanda Clack has been appointed CEO of HKA’s new EMEA wing. The news is the latest in a raft of senior appointments at the firm, as it looks to expand its operations across the region.

Commenting on Clack’s appointment, HKA’s Global CEO, Renny Borhan, noted, “I am delighted to welcome Amanda to our team. HKA gains an industry leader with a proven track record of delivering growth, building high-performing and successful teams, and delivering exceptional services to clients. She will be incredibly valuable in helping HKA deliver increased value to our clients, employees and wider stakeholders.”

According to Borhan, Clack joins HKA at an exciting point, as the firm looks to enhance its position in the professional services industry – and expand into new geographies and industries. The firm specialises in risk mitigation and dispute resolution, using multi-disciplinary expertise to provide a comprehensive set of specialist services. As well as more than 500 expert witnesses, HKA now has in excess of 500 advisors and consultants – across over offices in 18 countries – to supply those services.

Clack is a respected figure in quantity surveying, programme management and real estate. Prior to her move to HKA, she was an Executive Director at real estate and investment firm CBRE, where she was a member of the UK Executive Committee and the Management Board. Prior to her time at CBRE, Clack also held several Partner-level positions at Big Four consulting firms EY and PwC.

Looking ahead, as EMEA CEO, she will lead HKA’s new EMEA region, working closely with colleagues to grow the wing, while enhancing client service. According to Clack, she is most looking forward to “meeting many new colleagues across the regions as we work together to expand and augment our position in our core market sectors.”

Clack added, “I am very excited to be joining HKA at such a pivotal moment of its growth journey. I have been impressed by the progress HKA has made over the past five years and inspired by its vision to achieve the best possible outcome for its clients, every time.”

The appointment is the latest in a succession of senior hires at HKA. Werner Luüs returned to HKA’s quantum team as a Director in November 2022, while the month also saw Alex Lee head up the company’s climate change capabilities. And Jon Bird and Melanie Richards also took on Director and board roles respectively.
