However, in recent years, there’s been a notable shift, with an increasing number of companies entrusting Indian-origin talent to lead their operations.

From Sundar Pichai’s innovative journey spearheading Google and Alphabet to Satya Nadella’s transformative leadership at Microsoft, the earnings of these top Indian-origin CEOs reflect their significant contributions to the global corporate arena. Pichai’s staggering compensation package of approximately $226 million in 2022 underscores his pivotal role in shaping Alphabet’s trajectory, with an estimated net worth soaring to $1.66 billion.

Meanwhile, Nadella’s earnings of $55 million in 2022 highlight his instrumental role in Microsoft’s evolution, particularly in driving the success of Microsoft Azure.
